For a minute, I thought that you had an ETSB laptop in front of you (last picture). That would have made me laugh in the most international kind of way.
Pamplemousse: Thanks for the notes. This one made me laugh out loud. Do you think that "they" would have let me bring a laptop here, let alone leave the GCA (Greater Cowansville Area) with said technology? Oh no, oh no.
You forgot to capitalise "International". Inside joke.
The GCA is definitely under the utmost security parameters at this point. Election season is near, signs are up, and ETSB laptops are guarded. The [I]nternational Protocol of Laptop, Election, and Random Security will keep you posted.
Seriously, though, it's nice to see your time in Rwanda was good. That part of Africa has indeed been through a lot. I read a novel by Rwandan author Tsitsi Dangarembga (sp?) titled Nervous Conditions. It was an excellent book; I can lend it to you when you get back. When do you come home, by the way? The CGA hasn't been the same since you left.
Nooshy,
